The Gift Builder Returns & Exchange Terms
If an item is faulty we will of course give a full refund or exchange.
Gift box products cannot be swapped once order is confirmed
Gift box product(s) exchanges/returns follow our returns/refund policy guidelines.
Greeting Cards purchased via the Gift Builder are excluded from returns due to the personal messages attached.
Greeting Card’s advertised vary due to stock available. Forager Provisions will endeavour to make sure a variety of greeting cards are in stock the best we can during busy periods.
Gift Wrap & other gift wrapping advertised can vary due to stock available. Changes in paper and string tie can occur but we will endeavour to ensure that every gift matches in gift wrap per box.
Discount Code Terms
Please order your gift boxes separately from other items at checkout, you may order as many gift boxes as you like in order however. Since our gift boxes already come with an automatic 15% discount applied in the gift box builder, additional discount codes cannot be used during the Shopify checkout for these items. Please note that gift boxes are excluded from all discount codes, including those for mailing list subscribers. If you want more items from our online shop, then please feel free to browse and order them in a separate order to gift boxes. Thankyou for your cooperation.
If a discount code is applied on top of the 15% discount for a gift box, the order will be cancelled.
We kindly suggest purchasing other items in a separate order to use your mailing list subscriber or sale discount codes.
