Order Terms
You may include a gift box with other products from Forager Provisions in your order, but all items must be shipped to a single address. This ensures that the free shipping benefit on orders over £60 applies to the entire order, as free shipping can only be applied once per transaction.
Multiple Gift Box Ordering / Gift Box Recipient Delivery
New for 2025. The 'Add Recipient Delivery Address' option is available in the final stage of the Gift Box Builder to confirm the delivery of each gift box if ordering multiple gift boxes in one transaction only (excluding other singular products from Forager Provisions during the transaction) Please ensure a unique recipient address is added for each box at this process, otherwise it will be shipped to the cardholder's provided shipping/billing address as confirmed at checkout.

Discount Code Terms
Since our gift boxes already come with an automatic 15% discount applied in the gift box builder, additional discount codes cannot be used during the final shopify checkout for these items. Please note that gift boxes are excluded from all other discount codes, including those for mailing list subscribers.
If you have a discount code to apply to an order, please order products separately from gift boxes to use it. Thankyou for your co-operation.
If a discount code is applied on top of the 15% discount for a gift box even with singular products in the order, the order will be cancelled.
The Gift Builder Returns & Exchange Terms
If an item is faulty we will of course give a full refund or exchange.
Gift box products cannot be swapped once order is confirmed
Gift box product(s) exchanges/returns follow our returns/refund policy guidelines.
Greeting Cards purchased via the Gift Builder are excluded from returns due to the personal messages attached.
Greeting Card’s advertised vary due to stock available. Forager Provisions will endeavour to make sure a variety of greeting cards are in stock the best we can during busy periods.
Gift Wrap & other gift wrapping advertised can vary due to stock available. Changes in paper and string tie can occur but we will endeavour to ensure that every gift matches in gift wrap per box.
