SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping is handled by our UK and international delivery partners, and all postage fees directly cover our partner's services.

ORDERING AND DISPATCH TIMES

Forager Provisions LTD will fulfil orders within 24/48hr’s before shipping and orders are not confirmed until ‘Fulfilled’. A dispatched order does not mean its been dealt with immediately by our delivery partners so please order in advance to avoid any late deliveries.

Our main dispatch days are Mondays (excluding bank holidays) to Fridays (Excluding Holidays). Forager Provisions LTD’s HQ will endeavour to dispatch orders on Saturdays but we cannot guarantee this, please bear this in mind prior to ordering. If an order is made after 3pm on Friday, its likely to be dispatched the following Monday.

If you need your items fast, please confirm prior to ordering and use special delivery.

From April 2024 ‘FORAGER’ will cancel any orders which are red flagged by Shopify and will not proceed with order (without notice). Please make sure all details are correct prior to confirming your order. You will receive confirmation of cancellation in the event that this occurs.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery tracked (1-2 working days), Royal Mail 24 Tracked, or courier services for our UK deliveries, depending on the order, size of the items and which method the customer has chosen at checkout. Once orders are dispatched you will receive an email stating your order is on its way and if you have chosen a faster service your tracking details will be added to your order in your account.

 

Please note that our UK postage options are trackable services (For Forager Provisions), however this doesn’t update like courier delivery. The parcel number you receive may not be trackable until a day or two after dispatch. Please also note that our free delivery has no insurance, so if the parcel is lost you will not receive the amount of compensation to the value of your order. We only recommend using the free delivery option or non trackable services for smaller orders.

Our shipping depends on our delivery partners, such as Royal Mail. In rare cases such as very large orders, a shipping partner may not be able to deliver. If this is the case, we will get in touch to confirm alternative shipping methods and postage rate. If you are planning to make a large order, please get in touch.

LOST PARCELS

If your parcel doesn’t turn up in the allocated time frame,  Forager Provisions LTD will work with the parcel company to obtain compensation (if an insured parcel method was used). Lost parcels are confirmed lost after 14 working days, the customer must wait for this period to elapse before compensation can begin, no refunds will be given until compensation is confirmed. We strongly suggest using the courier postage option for larger value orders.

UK DELIVERY (EXCLUDES REPUBLIC OF IRELAND):

For orders of £60 or more, UK delivery is free of charge. Please use the 24hr or special delivery services if you want your items quicker. If a courier if preferred or needed, please contact us for rates.

SHIPPING NEWS (Updated 10/3/25)

  • European (EU countries) & Northern Ireland Shipping currently suspended
  • Please note, we will update you immediately with any issues with Royal Mail delivery Or the Courier we have used as periodically they do not ship Internationally.
  • Since January 2021, customers in the EU will have to pay extra customs/charges to receive their parcels from us. Please be aware that delays are expected due to Brexit & Strikes. We will not accept ‘not accepted’ parcels returned back due to unpaid fees, as these custom charges are beyond our control.
  • For a faster delivery and more peace of mind we suggest using a courier service. If this service isn’t listed for your country please email us at: hello@forager-provisions.com before making the purchase, this service provides higher compensation if your parcel is lost during transit and faster but costs vary per country.

      • Weight & Size can affect the cost of postage, postage is for 20KG parcels or below at £22.95 and must fit in a 60x60x60cm box. We will email you if the parcel has increased postage rate prior to shipping due to the dimensions or weight.
      • Customs/Duties & other taxes will have to be paid by the customer on arrival.
